Vinderne af Game Awards er med, og selvom der var masser af vindende spil på tværs af mange kategorier, tog ét spil toppræmien hjem: The Last of Us 2, som vandt Årets Spil.

I et år med en næsten chokerende mængde af fantastiske spil, var hver kategori fyldt med stærke kandidater til sejren, hvilket gjorde The Game Awards 2020 til en rigtig neglebider. Selvfølgelig var der som altid store overraskelsesspilafsløringer og kendte navne som Keanu Reeves, Nolan North og Troy Baker, der overrakte priserne.
